A Time of Crisis: The Impact of COVID-19


The COVID-19 pandemic has dramatically impacted our healthcare system, stretching its capacities and putting enormous stress on those at its forefront—nursing leaders, frontline nurses, and clinical teams. Amidst unprecedented challenges, many remain emotionally depleted, physically exhausted, and increasingly susceptible to burnout. This intensifying crisis serves to fuel my dedication to fostering well-being among healthcare workers to enhance optimum, safe, quality patient outcomes.


Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of serving in key leadership roles, including Chief Clinical Officer and Chief Nursing Officer at renowned healthcare institutions. These positions have provided me with invaluable insights into the intricacies of healthcare delivery, quality improvement, and patient safety.

At Leader Well-Being Collaborative LLC, we focus on nursing leadership, holistic self-care, and Well-being-centered programs that empower healthcare professionals to thrive personally and professionally. Nurse leaders will learn about wellness-centered nursing leadership, Joy in Work, Quadruple Aim, and professional identity.
